I'm Alive!

Hey everybody!

I feel like I've been brainwashed here at the MTC haha. The spirit is so strong here and I feel it everyday. My Spanish is getting better and better but my English is also getting worse so bear with me haha. This week we taught an "investigator" Horacio a bunch of lessons and some were good and some were bad. The food is... alright. Not the best I've ever had but It's not the worst. I'm starting to get used to the routine of things around here and it's getting easier. My roommates and I are the "chillmasters" of our district cause we don't freak out about everything and are normal guys to hangout with. Also we are taping quotes and drawings to the wall and I will figure out how to send these pics so you guys can see them eventually haha. I love you all!

Where is everyone in your district going?

Thank you so much for the cinnamon rolls! Mi compañero y los otros misioneros enjoyed them very much.

Hey Everybody!

My first days in the MTC have been a lil difficult adjusting and all but I am starting to get used to it. We are in the new buildings for our classrooms and our dorms are the old ones. We taught our first "investigator" yesterday Horacio. We talked fully in Spanish for a full 7 minutes and got the heck out of there haha. That was so nerve racking when you'd say a whole paragraph in Spanish and they respond with "ok". Exercise time is the best time in the MTC. It really gets your mind off everything. We played knock out and don't worry, I represented😎. Welp I've gotta get going. My p days are Saturday but I can read your emails all week I just can't respond. Love and miss you all!

Made it!

Hey Fam!

I made it to the MTC and sorry for not emailing yesterday. My account was down and it would not let me in. Yesterday was alright but it is much better now that I am settled in and bought some stuff at the missionary store. My first great idea for the dorm room is we are taping the trash can to the wall and making a tape backboard to go with it. Its gonna be pretty sweet. My companion is Elder Wilson and he is pretty sweet. He is a videographer and told me he is gonna help me take some pics! He is going to the same mission as Noah Zollinger in Ecuador! Also, his mom's name is Andrea. Creepy... Anyway my P-day is on Saturday so I expect to see some emails!

Love,

Elder Stewart

MTC Bound

Elder Stewart boarded a plane at the Ontario International airport at 6:00 am this morning in route to the Provo, Utah Missionary Training Center to start his two-year mission in the Dominican Republic. It was a hard goodbye but an exciting moment all wrapped in one! We love you, Noah!

Last Night in California

Tonight Noah was set apart as an Elder by President Smith. It is a tradition in our Stake for all the missionaries going on out to sign the picture of Christ that hangs in his office.
